No final refund rules or complete cancellation process were supplied. This page documents the current payment setup and keeps every unresolved policy decision visible.
First draft · Last updated July 30, 2026
Draft for review. This page describes the current TransactionOS MVP from the available product information. It is not legal advice and should not be published as final until the marked business details are supplied and qualified counsel reviews it.
Not yet a final policyDo not present this draft as a customer commitment until the cancellation method, effective date, access period, refund eligibility, prorating, and processing timeframe are approved.
1. Current payment setup
TransactionOS sends an authenticated user to a Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout. Lemon Squeezy handles payment entry and sends subscription status, renewal, cancellation, and expiration events back to TransactionOS.
The current TransactionOS application does not evidence a self-service billing portal or cancellation button.
2. Requesting cancellation
Current contact route
Until a final self-service process is confirmed, a customer may contact team@mail.transactionos.jessicabuenavista.com with the account email and brokerage name. This draft does not promise that email is the final cancellation method or specify when cancellation takes effect.
Business information requiredConfirm whether customers cancel through Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal, by email, or both. Define identity verification and the cutoff before the next renewal.
3. When cancellation takes effect
Business information requiredChoose whether access continues until the end of the paid billing period or ends immediately. Define treatment of pending renewals, failed payments, cancelled subscriptions, and expired subscriptions.
4. Refund eligibility
Business information requiredNo refund rule was provided. Decide whether payments are non-refundable, whether an initial refund window exists, and whether exceptions apply for duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified service failures.
5. Prorated refunds
Business information requiredState whether unused time is prorated when a subscription is cancelled or changed. Do not assume Lemon Squeezy’s platform behavior is the business’s chosen customer policy.
6. Processing and currency
Business information requiredDefine the refund-request review timeframe, approved-refund processing estimate, original-payment-method rule, currency conversion treatment, and responsibility for non-refundable taxes or fees.
7. Data after cancellation
Business information requiredDefine any export window, read-only period, and deletion schedule for brokerage records and private transaction documents after subscription cancellation or account closure.
8. Pricing must be aligned
Launch decision requiredThe supplied offer and connected hosted checkout currently show different prices and currencies. Approve one customer-facing price and update every sales, checkout, and policy surface before accepting payment.
